On the importance of shaping future governments, His Majesty underlined that the Fourth Industrial Revolution will lead to changes in the shape and role of governments, economies and infrastructure.
In this regard, the U.A.E. is leading the way in the future of governments through pioneering efforts in a number of areas such as renewable energy and emphasised the role of the youth as the leaders of tomorrow, who will inherit and implement the nascent policies developed today.

While quoting the words of the founding father of the United Arab Emirates, His Highness Almarhum Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan: “History is a continuous chain of events. The present is only an extension of the past”.
His Majesty in his titah highlighted the importance of instilling the appreciation for peace in the youths as their experiences of the world are vastly different to those who came before them, especially to those who have seen war and conflict.
In concluding the titah, His Majesty reiterated the importance to ensure a better life for the people, a peaceful world, and the need for future governments to be prepared and responsive.
