A delectable sungkai spread at Radisson Hotel

Priced at $43.90 per adult, and $24.95 per child (4-11 years old), diners can indulge in a tantalising buffet menu that offers a variety of culinary delights infused with local and international flavours and enticing and juicy grills.

The menu, which rotates every day, features a selection of appetisers, hearty main courses, delightful desserts and beverages curated by the hotel’s expert culinary team to bring a fun dining experience with friends and family.

Signature dishes will include Bruneian specialties, Middle Eastern delights, and a selection of Asian and Western favorites to cater to diverse palates.

Highlights from the Ramadhan Specials are flavourful dishes such as Singapore Crab Chilli Sauce, Kerabu Tempe, Butter Prawn Nestum, Fish Asam Pedas, Fried Egg with Sambal Belado, Beef Gulai and many more.

Guests can also enjoy a variety of live-cooking stalls, indulging in an array of scrumptious feast featuring a Tandoori Live Station, Rojak Live Station, Ambuyat station, a DIY Ice Cream Stall, Pasta Live Station, Laksa Live Station, a BBQ & Grill Stall and more.

Throughout the buffet spread, diners can also enjoy the mouth-watering display of roasted lamb from their carving station and melt-in-your-mouth barbeque favorites such as seasoned cuts of beef, marinated chicken and fish at their BBQ & Grill station.

The live-cooking stalls also include an Ambuyat Station, a wonderland for those craving for the local favourite with a wide selection of garnishes like belacan, tempoyak, or binjai.

Laksa lovers are also in for a treat! The buffet has a laksa station where you can choose from yellow noodles, kway teow or mee hoon and a wide choice of condiments to add.
