Thailand Bazaar returns with a celebration of culture, cuisine and community

The Thailand Bazaar and Cultural Week is back with its eighth instalment, showcasing authentic Thai delicacies, handicrafts and products at the OneCity Shopping Centre until 4 May 2025

In her speech at the launch of the four-day event, Her Excellency Boosara Kanchanalai, Ambassador of Thailand to Brunei Darussalam, said that this year’s bazaar is held in the spirit of togetherness, aligning with the recent festivities of Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Songkran, Thailand’s traditional New Year celebration.

“Both festivals share common values of forgiveness, well-wishing, family and friendship, happiness, joy and celebration – all accompanied by an abundance of delectable food. We hope these sentiments will be echoed throughout your experience at Thailand Bazaar,” she said.
