Riwaz will be introducing a new dining concept, the ‘Journey Through India’ Thali – a curated culinary experience that showcases authentic regional dishes from across the Indian subcontinent.
Set to launch on 17 May at the Radisson Hotel, the menu presents a vibrant and harmonious medley of flavours, textures and spices that brings together authentic dishes from the North and South.
Indulge in traditional delights like Lamb Rogan Josh, a bold Kashmiri specialty, and Chicken Galafi Seekh Kabab, among others, perfect to be shared between four people.

The “Journey Through India” Thali has been meticulously crafted by a team of expert regional chefs, each bringing their unique culinary heritage and techniques to the table.
The Thali begins with a variety of delicious appetisers including the Hara Bhara Kabab (Spinach Veggie Patty), the flavourful and juicy Chicken Galafi Seekh Kabab (Minced Chicken Kebab) and Vegetable Raita that prepares the palate.

For the main courses, fire up your taste bud with Riwaz’s enticing Lamb Rogan Josh (Lamb Gravy), a classic comfort food from Kashmir that features tender bites of juicy lamb simmered in a medley of aromatic spices

Another hearty meal from the mains is their Dakhni Saag (Spinach Gravy), a hearty spinach gravy slow-cooked with aromatic spices, offering rich, comforting flavors with every bite.
Other main highlights include Kesariya Pulao which is a fragrant rice dish cooked with saffron, whole spices, and mixed dried fruits.

The feast concludes with Sweet Angoori Rasmalai, delicate pieces soaked in rich milk, flavored with cardamom and saffron, and topped with nuts, offering a perfect sweet finish.
Commenting on the launch, Executive Chef Achmad Sandi said: “We created this special Thali experience to showcase the authentic flavors that define Riwaz’s culinary identity,”

“Each dish has been selected to represent the unique characteristics of different Indian regions, allowing our guests to experience dishes across the subcontinent in a single sitting,” he added.
On his part, Food & Beverage Manager Robert Montecalvo, added: “We’re happy to introduce a new dining experience for our guests. We hope this new offering will get people excited to try new things or a seasoned enthusiast who is looking for an authentic all-in-one experience.”
