ISB captivates with magical original musical ‘The One Who Lived’

The ISB Theatre burst with excitement as International School Brunei (ISB) premiered its latest original musical production, ‘The One Who Lived’.

Exclusively written for ISB, the original stage adaptation offers a fresh, imaginative take on a story loosely inspired by the magical world of Harry Potter. At its core, the production explores timeless themes of friendship, courage, love, and standing up for what is right.

The captivating musical follows a young heroine, Hari Potter, and her companions as they journey through their first year at a magical school – facing trials, forging bonds, and ultimately confronting a rising darkness. Though inspired by familiar tales, The One Who Lived stands as a tribute rather than an imitation, breathing new life into a beloved genre.
