Over 100 roll up sleeves for a good cause

Radisson Hotel Brunei Darussalam, in collaboration with Persatuan Warganegara Malaysia (PWM) and the Blood Donation Centre of Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital, successfully hosted a blood donation drive yesterday, collecting a total of 127 pints of blood.

Held in conjunction with World Blood Donor Day and as part of the hotel’s Responsible Action Month, the event aimed to raise awareness about the importance of safe blood supplies and to encourage the public to donate regularly.

World Blood Donor Day, observed annually on June 14, honours the life-saving contributions of blood donors worldwide.

The drive saw participation from various community members, including the High Commissioner of Malaysia to Brunei Darussalam, Datok Mohd Aini Atan, and the High Commissioner of Canada, Ambra Dickie.
