During the soft opening, guests were treated to a selection of signature offerings that highlight the restaurant’s culinary direction.

Among the highlights was the Murgh Dum Biryani, a hearty dish prepared with flavourful marinated spring chicken and fragrant basmati rice in shades of white, brown, and yellow, layered with rich aromatic spices.

For seafood lovers, the Fish Malabar Curry delivered a satisfying blend of spices, tangy tamarind, and a smooth coconut gravy that captured the essence of coastal Indian cooking.
