Drivers in Bandar Seri Begawan can now enjoy a smarter and more convenient way to pay for street parking with the launch of the new PINTAR Smart Parking App.
The app will be available for download on the App Store and Google Play Store, enabling easy, cashless payments for parking within the city’s Central Business District (CBD). A key feature allows users to seamlessly extend their parking sessions remotely, eliminating the need to return to their vehicle to display a new paper ticket.
This initiative is a key part of Brunei’s broader digital transformation strategy, promoting the adoption of cashless payments to improve public services and everyday convenience.
The introduction of the PINTAR Smart Parking App marks the first phase in modernising the nation’s parking infrastructure, with plans to introduce additional features and upgrades to further enhance the user experience and support urban mobility.
The public is encouraged to download the app starting 29 August 2025 to experience the ease and convenience of cashless parking.
