Tourism Malaysia spotlights destinations and deals at Sabre Brunei Travel Fair 2025

Tourism Malaysia has launched its pavilion at the Sabre Brunei Travel Fair 2025 until 14th September to promote the country’s diverse destination ahead of its Visit Malaysia 2026 campaign.

Held at BRIDEX Hall 1, the Tourism Malaysia Pavilion features seven exhibitors representing Melaka, Kedah, Sabah, Sarawak and the Federal Territory of Labuan, each offering exclusive travel deals, special discounts and complimentary shopping vouchers to visitors.

Working in collaboration with local travel agencies Freme Travel, Pan Bright Travel and Straits Central Agencies, the pavilion is also designed to drive bookings to Malaysia.

Visitors are further engaged through the “Happy Hour Quizzes – Malaysia Destinations,” which aim to create excitement and highlight Malaysia’s diverse attractions.

Brunei continues to stand as one of Malaysia’s most important markets in ASEAN. Between January and June this year, Malaysia recorded 747,851 Bruneian visitors, reflecting the country’s strong appeal as a preferred destination for Brunei travellers.

The pavilion was officially opened by Deputy Permanent Secretary (Transport), Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications Haji Mohammad Salihin Haji Aspar, High Commissioner of Malaysia to Negara Brunei Darussalam His Excellency Datuk Mohd Aini Atan, Chairman of Sabre Brunei Captain Sabirin Haji Abd Hamid, Kedah State Tourism Exco YB hg Dato’ Salleh Saidin and Director of Tourism Malaysia Brunei Darussalam Hazrina Azman.
