Grand Motors Sdn Bhd, the exclusive dealer of Omoda and Jaecoo in Brunei, will be hosting the Jaecoo J7 Experience Weekend from 6 to 8 February 2026, between 9am and 4pm, at the Omoda and Jaecoo Showroom in Beribi.
The three-day event invites the public to experience the Jaecoo J7 through exclusive test drives, offering a closer look at the SUV’s bold design, advanced technology and refined all-terrain capability.
Members of the public will also be able to explore and test drive the full Jaecoo J7 range, including both the petrol and plug-in hybrid (PHEV) variants.
The petrol-powered Jaecoo J7 is equipped with a 1.6-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine, delivering approximately 197 PS and 290 Nm of torque.
Meanwhile, the Jaecoo J7 PHEV combines a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine with an electric motor and a dedicated hybrid transmission, producing a combined output of around 347 PS and 525 Nm of torque. Powered by Jaecoo’s Super Hybrid System (SHS), the plug-in hybrid SUV accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in about 8.5 seconds and supports both AC and DC charging.
It offers an all-electric driving range of over 100 km under the NEDC standard, with a total driving range of up to approximately 1,300 km on a full charge and fuel tank.
As a special reward, visitors who test drive the Jaecoo J7 will receive a $10 Presotea voucher and a jar of MisterMasterCook’s Choco Chip Crunchies, while stocks last. Guests will also stand a chance to win exciting prizes in the event’s lucky draw.
The prizes include an Apple iPhone Air 256GB as the first prize, a PlayStation 5 Slim Digital Version with Portal as the second prize, an Apple Watch Series 11 (46mm) as the third prize, and Kodak Charmera prizes for fourth to tenth place winners.
The Grand Draw will take place on 8 February 2026 after the event and will be broadcast live on TikTok Live and Instagram Live.
