China’s largest SUV maker Great Wall Motors (GWM) has officially entered the Bruneian market with the introduction of the all-new Haval H6 and Haval Jolian.
Berjaya Sdn Bhd, the authorised distributor of GWM recently revealed an exclusive sneak-peak of the all-new sports utility vehicles (SUV) that are built with cutting-edge design and technological innovation at its showroom at The Walk, Beribi.
Haval is one of the four brands under GWM with their products exported to more than 60 countries around the world. It officially became an independent brand in 2013, thus bringing GWM into an era of dual brands of Haval and Great Wall.
Throughout its establishment, Haval has been China’s top SUV brand for 11 years in a row.
During the unveiling of the Haval H6 and Haval Jolain, GWM Haval highlighted their engineering achievements and design features that makes the Chinese automaker a strong contender in the SUV market.
Both Haval models have been extensively redesigned in terms of looks, interior, technology and safety.
Make your presence known with the all-new Haval H6
The SUV exudes presence with its fusion of Asian and European influences in its design language that flows beautifully from the front fascia to its sleek waistline.
The first thing that grabbed our attention was its front fascia; it gets a distinctive new grille that adopts the brand’s progressive polygonal design language that is further complemented by the striking LED lighting, giving the SUV a more premium and avant-garde look.
The Haval H6 is available in seven stunning colours; Crystal Black, Atlantis Blue, Messiah Brown, Ayers Grey, SW Mint Green, Burgundy Red, Hamilton White.
Inside, from the aerodynamic angles of its panels to the ergonomic curves of the seats, the H6 puts comfort first. The SUV’s sculpted, supportive seats are perfectly contoured for long-distance journeys.
In addition to its exceptional comfort, the H6 provides a premium and spacious cabin that invites passengers to savour the sense of luxury and focus on enjoying the ride.
Aside from easy-to-spot premium materials, the H6 displays an elegant 12.3-inch Infotainment system compatible with Android and Apple phones.
In terms of performance, the five-seater comes with a mighty 2.0 litre turbocharged petrol engine which punches a power output of 150kW and a peak torque of 320N.
The SUV also offers numerous safety features that include Traffic Jam Assist, 360 Degree Camera, Lane Departure Warning, Automated Reverse Assist and more.

Love at first sight with the all-new Haval Jolion
Viewed from any angle, the all-new Haval Jolion is definitely a head-turner! The name “Jolion” comes from the Mandarin language “Chulian” meaning “First Love”.
The small family SUV slides right in between the Haval H2 and the new H6 in the Haval family.
The Jolion delivers a fresh and dynamic appeal to younger professionals and families seeking style, practicality, and also value for money.
The exterior of the all-new Haval Jolion wins on the first impression. The SUV incorporates the Chinese automaker’s current design language with more futuristic and expressive elements to create a strong road presence.
The smooth design language flows perfectly through its polarising chrome-plated honeycomb grille which is further highlighted by the “halberd” type front LED combination headlamps.
Built on the brand’s new platform called “LEMON”, in terms of size the Jolion is smaller compared to the Haval H6, measuring 4472mm long, 1841mm wide and 1574mm tall, with a 2700mm wheelbase.
During the launch, GWM introduced the All-new Jolion in stunning Mars Red. However, the SUV is also available in six colour options with HB Blue, Hamilton White, Crystal Black, Ayers Grey and Electric Green.
Inside, the five-seater SUV’s stunning looks extends to its interior style. Every component you can see and touch has been meticulously designed to deliver a refined, tactile experience.
Moreover, the Jolion offers a great mix of comfort and convenience to suit your every need, boasting a premium cabin with minimal clutter and high-quality materials everywhere you touch.

Powering the Haval Jolion is the 1.5 turbo petrol engine connected to an efficient 7-speed Dual Clutch Transmission which offers power output of 110kW and a peak torque of 220N.
The SUV also offers numerous safety features that include Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Stability Program (ESP), Roll Movement Intervention (RMI), 360 Degree Camera, Omni-Direction SRS Airbags and many more.
