Progresif debuts self-service kiosk at store front

Progresif has introduced their self-service kiosk at the Progresif Times Square store, offering contactless option for customers to pay bills and top up their prepaid account.

The latest initiative which will be extended to Progresif Seria store soon is part of the company’s business continuity plan with staff working from home and amending policies for stores to accommodate social distancing measures as the brand continues to find ways to best serve its growing customer base.

To pay their bills or purchase top up, customers need to enter their phone number and the amount they need to pay or the amount of top up they require. Customers have the option to pay using Pocket App or using credit or debit card.

Once their payment is successful, customer can choose to send their receipt to their email address or take a picture of the transaction as proof of payment, it said in a statement.

Progresif Chief Sales Officer Junaidi Bahrum said that the company’s priority is always the safety and well-being of customers and staff hence finding ways to promote safe environment where social distancing is possible and keeping interactions to a minimum without jeopardizing customer service.

“The brand has introduced many options that aimed to serve our customers convenience such as rolling out the self-service kiosk, or online payment option through Progresif CARE app and online banking app and ordering Progresif products and services online through our webstore with free delivery,” he said.
