The theme to this year’s 6th AYE Carnival is to call for businesses and young entrepreneurs to overcome the challenges brought by COVID-19 through digitalisation, leadership, collaboration, and the inclusive involvement of women in addressing the challenges of current times whilst adapting to the new normal.
In a virtual press briefing on Friday, Convener of the AYE Carnival 2021 and Standing Chair of the AYE Council Fatin Arifin shared that the carnival will be held virtually for the first time.

For his part, Council Member Musa Adinin representing ASEAN Business Advisory Council Brunei noted that AYEC’s theme this year represents the need for continuous and collaborative efforts of ASEAN entrepreneurs, youth-led businesses, and organisations in embracing change and fostering business agility.
“These exemplary efforts are also aligned with the ASEAN BAC’s 2021 theme and goal for ASEAN Member States to “Recover, Stronger, Together, Sama-Sama” from the adverse socio-economic impact and repercussions of the COVID-19 pandemic,” he added.
