Progresif recently unveiled its latest innovation – the Progresif Enterprise Xperience Centre, a celebration of the company’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge technology solutions for its clients.
The Progresif Enterprise Xperience Centre or ‘EXC’ is a state-of-the-art, in-premise Private Network Monitoring Service designed in-house by Progresif.
In a statement, the company said that it is built for clients who require additional insights and to ensure the robustness of their network.
“The EXC managed service emphasises security, performance, cluster management and reporting as part of our Managed Service (aaS) offerings,” it said.
Specific system aspects encompass monitoring, report management, enhanced security, automated trouble ticketing, proactive data management and a host of available functions that can be customised to clients’ needs.
The launch emphasises the significance of digital efficiency by looking at the total effectiveness, focusing on optimising everything process-related, which provides an improvement in the direction of the clients and their company.
The Progresif Enterprise EXC launch day showcased a host of solution offerings including:
1. Never Get Disconnected (5G Ready)– A multi-backhaul solution to ensure a client’s connection will not get disconnected in event of an outage keeping its core applications active throughout
2. SD-Wan as a Service (5G Ready) – A software defined Wide Area Network solution combining multiple transports (Data Transmission, Broadband and LTE 4G or 5G) to securely connect and manage multiple sites
3. Proactive Automated Ticketing Feature – An automated ticketing service that tracks any outages in real-time eliminating the need for clients to have an in-premise monitoring team 24/7
Among other things that EXC can accommodate to clients are tailored solutions that are possible to safeguard mission-critical data with the highest level of security and operation reliability.
Upon engaging with the EXC Sales experts, clients can learn more about first-class security, enhanced and managed network solutions.
