From creating mini honey garlic chicken pizza to kueh bom (ondeh-ondeh), Radisson Brunei recently hosted a kids’ cooking class as part of the Brunei Gastronomy Festival.
The interactive cooking class provided 36 enthusiastic children a unique opportunity to hone their culinary skills under the guidance of the hotel’s Chefs.
Through hands-on experience, the young participants also learnt about food preparation and cooking techniques.
“We were excited to see children’s enthusiasm and creativity in the cooking class,” said General Manager of the Radisson Hotel Brunei, Miriam Wolber.
“It was a joy to witness their culinary talents flourish,” she added.
The event is a part of Radisson’s commitment to promoting culinary education and engaging the community.
The Brunei Gastronomy Festival provides the perfect backdrop for this special initiative, allowing children to be part of the vibrant culinary scene and gain an appreciation for gastronomic delights.
Radisson extends its gratitude to the young participants, their parents, and the community for their enthusiastic support of the kids’ cooking class. The hotel looks forward to hosting more engaging and educational events in the future.
