From the spicy flavours of North India to the aromatic spices of the south, the festival runs until 31 July celebrating the rich and diverse flavours of Indian cuisine through a buffet spread featuring more than 20 mouth-watering dishes.
The Incredible India Food Festival promises to tantalize taste buds with an array of authentic Indian dishes meticulously prepared by Radisson Hotel’s own chefs.
The festival features a buffet menu with flavourful dishes namely, Navrattan Pulav, Seafood Curry, Murg Dum Biryani, Jangali Maans, Butter Chicken Curry, Kadai Chicken, Mutton Biryani, among others – definitely something for everyone to enjoy.
To top it off, guests can also enjoy a variety of live-cooking stations, indulging in an array of scrumptious feast featuring a Chaat Counter, Chole Bature station, Indian Style BBQ station and Assorted Jalebi station.
The festival also features a naan-stop delectable Indian bread station featuring Tandoori Roti, Paneer Paratha, Laal Mirch Ka Paratha, Chapati and many more.
Moreover, your sweet tooth will also be satisfied with the festival’s unique and traditional Indian desserts such as Motichoor Laddu, Angoori Ras Malai, Kala Jamun, Badam Barfi and more.

Throughout the week, the “Incredible India Food Festival ” event will be available every day from 6.30pm to 10pm with prices at $42 for adults and $21 for children (4-11 years old).
