The new menu spotlights a variety of Indian cuisines, bringing the authentic flavours of the North and South with different regional chefs preparing the dishes from their hometowns.

All the way from North India, Chef Mukesh Pal, Chef Himachal Pradesh, Chef Munish and Chef Vikram Singh Rajawat are the brains behind Riwaz’s new menu.

The restaurant will be offering a variety of new and delicious appetisers from hearty soups to rich and savoury amuse-bouches.
One of their highlighted appetisers is their signature soup. There is nothing like soup to comfort the soul and the restaurant’s vegetarian soup, Tomato Dhaniya Shorba is quite heartwarming.
The refreshing light tomato soup packs a whole arsenal of comforting flavours and is infused with beautiful Indian spice.
Among the array of tantalizing appetisers is the Harissa Paneer Tikka, a delicious and satisfying dish made out of Indian cottage cheese (paneer) that is marinated in harissa and Indian spices, giving it a burst of flavour at the very first bite.
Experience the tangy and spicy flavours of the timeless classic appetiser, Mutton Seekh Kebab, a dish marinated with a melange of aromatic spices and flavour-packed cheese.
For the main menu, fire up your taste buds with Riwaz’s enticing Junglu Maas — a fiery Rajasthani lamb dish that is slow-cooked with red chillies and a beautiful medley of spices and herbs until it is seared.
Another new hearty meal is their Chicken Changezi, a flavorful and indulgent North Indian dish. The royal assortment of aromatic spices brings new dimensions to the familiar flavours of butter chicken.
Moreover, some of the menu highlights include Navratan Pulao which is a comforting and fragrant rice dish cooked with a colourful assemblage of nine different ingredients including a variety of whole spices and fruits.
For a delicious vegetarian option, some of the menu highlights include the Shaam Savera Kofta which features spinach and paneer stuffed vegetable dumplings simmered in a generous amount of creamy tomato sauce that is sure to ignite your every appetite.
End your meal on a sweet note, from Chocolate Rasmalai to Kala Jamun, you have a host of options to choose from.
We had a chance to try out the Khubani Ka Meetha, an ode to Hyderabad’s traditional sweet dish made with apricots. The sweet dish has a saffron-infused and warming flavour that complements the tangy-sweet fruit.
Take your taste buds on a sweet journey with their Motichoor Ke Laddu, a quintessential ball-shaped Indian dessert soaked in fragrant syrup infused with saffron. it is an explosion of textures that melt in your mouth with each sugary bite
Besides that, Riwaz also launched a variety of refreshing new drinks.
Shake things up with a refreshing Pomegranate Spritzer, that captures the essence of a summer with its vibrant layers.
Another summer-inspired drink to sip on is the Soo Peachy, a juicy and sweet combination of orange juice and peach with a hint of ginger ale.
