HRH Princess Hajah Masna visits Republic of the Philippines

Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Masna, Ambassador-at-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs visited the Republic of the Philippines from 5 to 7 November 2024 to commemorate the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Brunei Darussalam and the Republic of the Philippines.

On 6 November 2024, Her Royal Highness visited the “Hibla ng Lahing Filipino” Gallery (The Artistry of the Philippines Textiles) at the National Museum of Anthropology, showcasing intricate traditional textiles by the indigenous and cultural communities in the Philippines.

In the afternoon, Her Royal Highness and First Lady Louise Araneta-Marcos, spouse of His Excellency Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Jr., President of the Republic of the Philippines attended a reception to commemorate the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Brunei Darussalam and the Philippines as well as a fashion show themed “Brunei Darussalam-Philippines: The Fabrics of Friendship” at the Shangri-La Hotel the Fort.

Throughout the visit, Her Royal Highness was accompanied by Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Lela Cheteria Sahibun Najabah Pengiran Anak Haji Abdul Aziz bin Pengiran Jaya Negara Pengiran Haji Abu Bakar.
