NBT Brunei, the sole distributor of Toyota, recently marked a significant milestone with the launch of the new Toyota Beribi showroom and Aftersales facilities.
The milestone marks a significant step forward in NBT Brunei’s commitment to providing world-class automotive experiences and services.
Managing Director of NBT Brunei Haji Ahmad Husin said in his speech that with Toyota, they have expanded their offerings, brought in new models, and most importantly, we’ve continued to provide its customers with exceptional service.
“Every step of the way, we’ve kept our eyes on our mission: to deliver quality vehicles and a seamless buying experience, ensuring that every customer leaves our showroom with not just a car, but with a sense of pride and satisfaction. This is our NBT Brunei commitment to Toyota,” he said.
The managing director also reflected on the 57 years of success and partnership with Toyota, highlighting that NBT Brunei has maintained its leadership in the market for 43 consecutive years.
“A success that is made possible with the trust of our customers, the support of our incredible team, and the unwavering commitment of our partners,” he shared.
“NBT Brunei with Toyota is the trusted brand name of all Brunei residents. We grew bigger and stronger through the years with the unwavering support and commitment from Toyota,” he added.
Strategically located in Beribi, the Toyota Beribi showroom is designed to offer a customer-centric showroom and a one-stop service centre for Toyota vehicles.
Once inside the swinging glass doors of the showroom, customers are greeted by a vast and modern showroom that can showcase 12 of the latest Toyota models available for viewing and test drives.
The comprehensive facility is fully dedicated to providing an inviting and premium atmosphere for both current and prospective customers who are passionate about the Japanese brand.
Not only does the new facility focus on the look and feel but it also emphasises the importance of customer care so that customers can enjoy an enhanced premium experience.
As part of the enhanced customer experience, the new Toyota delivery suite will ensure that customers receive personalized service when collecting their vehicles.
In 2025, customers can also look forward to enjoying the lounge during their service visits, along with access to a comprehensive suite of aftersales services, including the purchase of genuine Toyota parts.
The new showroom also focuses on customer comfort, with an upcoming lounge offering refreshments and ample seating.
As part of NBT Brunei’s commitment to sustainability, the new site is equipped with solar lighting throughout the compound, aligning with the company’s ongoing dedication to sustainable mobility through the Friends of the Earth programme.
The new facility which replaces the former Toyota showroom at Jalan Tutong in Bunut is the third NBT Brunei location.
