Lovers of Filipino cuisine rejoice! Treat yourself to a medley of vibrant and bold flavours at the Barrio Fiesta held at Tasek Brasserie restaurant in Radisson Hotel.
From savoury richness of Balbacua to the comforting sweetness of Halo-Halo, the event runs until 7 December showcasing the unique culinary heritage of the Philippines through a rotating buffet spread featuring more than 20 mouth-watering dishes.
The exquisite delicacies are carefully curated by Chef Arnel from Radisson Blu Hotel Cebu in the Philippines.
The event features a plethora of delicious and unique dishes, created from the finest ingredients.
Highlights from the festival are flavourful dishes such as Adobong Pusit, Bacolod Chicken Inasal, Seafood Kare Kare, Palabok, Jollibee-style spaghetti, Lengua ni Bugsy, Pinakbet and many more.
Guests can also enjoy a variety of live-cooking stations, indulging in an array of scrumptious feast featuring Chicken Sotanghon station, Halo-halo station, BBQ Station and Pungko-pungko station.
Moreover, your sweet tooth will also be satisfied with the festival’s unique and traditional Filipino desserts such as Mango Tapioca, Leche Flan, Biko Latik, Banana Turon, Binignit, among others.
Throughout the week, the “Barrio Fiesta” event will be available every day from 6.30pm to 10pm with prices at $35.90 for adults and $17.95 for children (4-11 years old).
