The Authority for Info-communications Technology Industry of Brunei Darussalam (AITI) is reinforcing regulatory measures concerning mobile prepaid SIM card registration as part of ongoing efforts to enhance security measures and combat the growing number of unlawful activities and scams conducted through calls and SMS in the country.
Effective 2 January 2025, current subscribers of Easi SIM cards are required to register their numbers with DST through the following channels: MyDST App: Register anytime and anywhere through your MyDST app easily.

DST Branches: Available for in-person assistance.

Gadong, Yayasan SHHB, Tanjung Bunut, Tutong, Kuala Belait: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM–11:00 AM, 2:30 PM–4:00 PM; Closed on Sunday.
Rimba: Monday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM–11:00 AM, 2:30 PM–9:00 PM. Temburong: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM–11:00 AM, 2:30 PM–4:00 PM; Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Brunei International Airport: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–12:00 AM; Friday, 9:00 AM–11:00 AM, 2:30 PM–12:00 AM.
Subscribers will benefit from easy online access through the MyDST App, ensuring flexibility and convenience throughout registration.
