Nurul Syahida Haji Mat Daud has won herself a second Lexus at the “Win Another LBX” campaign, just weeks after purchasing her first – a Lexus RX350 – in March.
The 35-year-old was represented by her father Haji Mat Daud Haji Salleh, who took part in the grand draw from the first round all the way to the final banner reveal. It was his steady hand at every stage that saw her through to victory.
“We are very happy and never expected this win. She chose a Lexus due to its reliability, and this (the LBX) will be the second Lexus in our home,” said Haji Mat Daud.
The RX350 is Nurul Syahida’s first Lexus but her second car overall. Although her family mostly drives continental cars, she chose a Lexus for its quality.
“Maybe she will give the car to her mother,” he shared with a smile.
He added that his daughter has always favoured larger vehicles. “We have some SUVs at home too and we love driving an SUV as it is very comfortable for long-distance driving.” He further said that he would strongly recommend Lexus or Toyota to others. “Thank you to Lexus Brunei for this amazing reward.”
The “Win Another LBX” campaign ran from 1 February to 31 March 2026. The two-month-long promotion rewarded customers who purchased any Lexus model across the full range with a chance to win the Lexus LBX, along with cash vouchers worth up to BND 10,000. All eligible purchases were automatically entered into the draw, culminating in the selection of nine finalists during a live pre-draw session on Lexus Brunei’s official Instagram on 10 April 2026.
The Grand Draw, held at the Lexus Showroom in Gadong, saw the nine finalists progress through three rounds to determine the winner.
In the first round, four finalists advanced to the next stage. At the same time, five winners received cash vouchers: Hajah Noorazizah Haji Abd Rahman, Hajah Noor Abriyeah Haji Noor Kasih, and Brunei Energy Services & Trading Sdn Bhd each received BND 1,000, while Mosharaf Azahar and Edwin Lau Ghee Kiong won BND 2,000 cash vouchers. The prizes were presented by Head of Lexus Brunei Vanessa Ang.
The second round featured a box reveal challenge, where two finalists moved on to the final stage. The remaining two finalists – Yau Yee Hui and Hajah Zaiton Haji Mohd Daud – were awarded BND 3,000 and BND 5,000 cash vouchers respectively, also presented by Ms Vanessa Ang.
The final round culminated in a Banner Reveal challenge. The two remaining finalists selected a hidden banner which would reveal the remaining prizes to be won. As the banners were unveiled, Nurul Syahida Haji Mat Daud was declared the winner of the grand prize – a Lexus LBX. Her father, Haji Mat Daud, accepted the honour on her behalf.
Meanwhile, the runner-up, Abdul Rasyid Haji Jamaludin, won a BND 10,000 cash voucher. The prizes were presented by Vice President of Inchcape Brunei Muhammad Clovien Abdullah Timpoh.
The campaign is a continuation of Lexus Brunei’s appreciation for its customers and its commitment to delivering rewarding ownership experiences. In January 2026, Lexus Brunei also hosted its first ‘Win An LBX’ campaign series, in which another Lexus customer won a brand-new LBX.
