Brunei recorded 1767 new recovered cases of COVID-19 on Friday, announced the Ministry of Health in an infographic.
To date, the country has recorded a total of 193,336 recoveries.
Meanwhile, seven cases under Category 4 have been admitted for close monitoring and require the aid of oxygen assistance.
Moreover, one case in Category 5 requires treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

The Ministry of Health also shared 78.8 per cent of children aged 5 to 11 years old have received their second vaccination.
Whereas, 52.3 per cent of children aged 5 to 11 years old have received their third dose of vaccine.
Meanwhile, the coverage rate for the country’s citizens and residents who have received three doses of the vaccine is 74.4 per cent.
Whereas, 5.8 per cent of the general population have received their fourth dose of vaccine.
