Rubiah Sabu has been crowned the winner of Takaful Brunei’s first ‘Lakastah Manang Bersama!’ bi-monthly promotion, walking home a cash prize of $20,000.
Expressing her gratitude, Rubiah shared that Takaful Brunei has always been her preference for takaful products.
“I really did not expect to win the $20,000 but with this, I will be able to treat my family and parents as well as put some of it into my savings for the future,” she added.
On top of the cash, Rubiah also received 250,000 Takaful Brunei Mobile MyRewards Points worth $250.

The prize presentation which was recently held at the One City Shopping Centre saw four other Takaful customers receiving cash prizes and MyReward Points.
Gisini Haji Jamal and Poh Siaw Chien each received a consolation prize of $3,000 and 100,000 Takaful Brunei MyRewards Points worth $100.
Meanwhile, Abdul Latif Abidin and Haji Amiruddin Haji Mohammad Hassan each received $1,000 with 100,000 Takaful Brunei MyRewards Points worth $100.
Through the Lakastah Manang Bersama! Promotion 2023, Takaful Brunei offers customers an opportunity to win a cash prize of up to $20,000 every two months along with consolation prizes of up to $3,000.

Additionally, Takaful Brunei will also be giving cash prizes of $30 to 300 customers and 50,000 MyRewards Points to 200 Takaful Brunei Mobile users every three months.
To be part of the campaign, customers can simply purchase any TBA and TBK products at their branches or counters, call centres, Takaful Brunei Mobile app and authorised Takaful agents.
The promotion runs from 1 January until 31 December 2023 and TBA is also currently giving customers an instant 30 per cent discount for new and renewal comprehensive motor packages until 31 December 2023.

The discounts are available through TBA branches/counters, call centre, authorised agents and Takaful Brunei Mobile.
Previously, a roadshow was also held from 10 to 12 March 2023 showcasing Takaful Brunei’s Lakastah Manang Bersama! promotion, while also giving away lucky dip prizes of an Honor X8A smartphone, a Samsung Galaxy A33, an iPhone 14, cash prizes and merchandise.
Takaful Brunei will also be giving away more prizes throughout the year during Takaful Brunei’s roadshows, expos and exhibitions in the future.
