Twenty children from Yayasan Kanser Kanak-Kanak (YASKA) were all smiles at Radisson Hotel Brunei and Radio Televisyen Brunei (RTB)’s recent sungkai get-together.
The reception was part of the organisations’ ‘Jalinan Kasih’ project and responsible business initiative aimed at bringing communities together to share blessings of the holy month of Ramadhan.
In a statement, General Manager of Radisson Hotel Miriam Wolber said that it was an honour to work with RTB again for the project, an opportunity to give back to the community.

“We hope to make this a memorable experienced for the children of YASKA and contribute to their well-being in a meaningful way,” said the general manager.
The yearly project by RTB through its Radio Services is paralleled with the state broadcaster’s slogan “Sentiasa Bersama Biskita” (Always with You) while supporting the government’s call towards creating a loving and caring community.

The breaking of fast was held at Radisson Hotel where YASKA children and their family were treated to a scrumptious buffet spread. The children were also gifted with vouchers and goodie bags from the hotel, RTB and other supporting partners.
In attendance at the dinner reception were Acting Director of RTB Hj Azman Hj Abdul Rahim, Managing Director of YMRM Group Hitesh R Bhawani and Operations Manager of Sin Guan Brothers Rex Lim.
