His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al- Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam recently attended the Coronation Ceremony of His Majesty King Charles III, King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and Her Majesty Queen Camilla which was held at the Westminister Abbey, London.
Accompanying His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam was His Royal Highness Prince ‘Abdul Mateen.
The Coronation Ceremony was attended by guests consisting of members of Royal Families, Heads of States and Governments as well as guests from all over the world.
The ceremony began with a procession that started at Buckingham Palace and ended at Westminster Abbey. During the procession, His Majesty King Charles III and Her Majesty Camilla the Queen Consort travelled in the Diamond Jubilee State Coach, to attend the Coronation Service. After the Coronation Service, His Majesty King Charles III and Her Majesty Queen Camilla returned to Buckingham Palace with a larger-scale ceremonial procession which is known as the Coronation Procession, in which Their Majesties travelled in the Gold State Coach.
The Coronation Procession included Armed Forces from across the Commonwealth and the British Overseas Territories, and all Services of the Armed Forces of the United Kingdom. The procession also included ten members of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
At the Buckingham Palace, Their Majesties received a Royal Salute from the United Kingdom and Commonwealth Armed Forces in the Buckingham Palace Gardens, and then appeared on the Buckingham Palace Balcony.

Coronation.
