Imagine launched its exclusive B2B segment, imagine Business on Thursday, promising to offer 5G industry solutions that can cater to a variety of industries.
Imagine Business was launched on the side lines of this year’s Digital Future Conference and Exhibition under the Brunei Mid-Year Conference and Exhibition (MYCE) by the Minister of Transport and Infocommunications, Yang Berhormat Pengiran Dato Seri Setia Shamhary Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Mustapha.
The launch of imagine Business was preceded by the activation of 5th Generation (5G) Mobile Services nationwide.
According to a statement issued by imagine, the imagine Business segment is aimed to better facilitate the needs of local businesses “by clearly identifying bespoke products catered for the local market”.
“With services catered to a variety of industry applications ranging from oil and gas to banking and finance, education, health as well as services for MSMEs, imagine’s suite of imagine Business products aim to address the needs of Brunei’s market,” the statement read.
With a focus towards ‘Beyond Connectivity’ services, the imagine Business arm goes beyond broadband, mobile and bundle products and is poised to offer “cutting-edge 5G industry solutions” that not only enable an enhanced user experience but also; Internet of Things (IoT), Augmented and Virtual Reality (AR/VR), advanced industrial applications and even remote work collaborations.
Spearheaded by a team of business solutions experts, imagine Business is slated to expand its portfolio as the company maintains its commitment to exploring and fulfilling the needs of Brunei’s business community.
Apart from its broadband, mobile and bundle portfolio, imagine Business is also powered by partnerships with several international as well as local companies to provide clients with opportunities to revolutionise their operations regardless of size, industry, and nature of business.
“The imagine Business arm of the company’s operations was established to provide Bruneian businesses with focussed quality options to promote efficiency, productivity, and revenue generation,” the statement added.
The launch was witnessed by local and international delegates to the conference and exhibition alongside members of imagine staff headed by Allen On, imagine Acting CEO and Director of Industry and Business Ecosystem Division, Ministry of Finance and Economy.
Among the highlights during MYCE 2023 for the imagine Business launch include unified security and asset management, unified communications, network monitoring, software and application development as well as, but not limited to, data analytics.
Concurrent with the launch of the Digital Future Conference, imagine also hosted a series of seminars alongside its partners. The sessions provided attendees with in-depth information on the imagine Business product offerings that, among others, also covered aviation technology and cyber security.
