The initiative is a joint collaboration between Straits Central Agencies (SCA), Tourism Malaysia and Baiduri Bank, promoting attractive holiday packages to Genting Highlands, Kuala Lumpur, Melaka, Penang, Johor, Kuching, and Kota Kinabalu, among others.
From now until 31 October 2023, Baiduri Bank’s debit and credit cardholders are entitled to a lucky draw entry for every minimum spend of $20 in Malaysia.
What’s even better, you can double up your chances when you purchase any travel products with SCA.
There are five prizes to win in the draw – holiday packages to Genting Highlands, Melaka, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu, complemented with Royal Skies Miles equivalent to two air tickets to respective destinations.
SCA General Manager Nur Khadijah Abdullah in a statement said that both prizes for Genting Highlands and Melaka are inclusive of two nights stay in Kuala Lumpur and return transfers.
“Also, up for grabs is a two-night stay in Mercure Miri City Centre. All prizes come with a daily breakfast for two, “ she said.
Director of Tourism Malaysia Brunei Darussalam Hazrina Azman said this collaboration is an initiative to ensure Malaysia remains as the preferred destination in this market.
“Malaysia recorded 301,757 Brunei tourist arrivals in 2022. In a bid to welcome 1.1 million tourist arriving from Brunei Darussalam this year, the exciting offers are tailored according to the market preferences and interest with an added value that is not to be missed,” she said.
She added: “Malaysia welcomes you and hopes for such partnership can continue to be flourished in the near future.”
On his part, Head of Card Business of Baiduri Bank Davern Lim said that the bank is thrilled to collaborate with SCA and Tourism Malaysia and excited to see the extraordinary experiences the joint effort will bring to their Baiduri cardholders during the promotion.

The “Cuti-Cuti Malaysia” Swipe & Win campaign kick starts with a video launching at Brunei International Airport LED screen featuring a local social media influencer Iffah Fifi during her journey to Malaysia made easy by SCA, travelling hassle-free by swiping her Baiduri Bank card.
Also present at the launch were Marketing Executive of Tourism Malaysia Brunei Efarina Abang Haji Osman, the face of the campaign Iffah Fifi and event partners.
