Lovers of Vietnamese cuisine rejoice! Treat yourself to a medley of sweet, fresh, vibrant, and full of flavours at the “Timeless Charn Viet Nam Culture & Cuisine”‘ Week held at Tasek Brasserie restaurant in Radisson Hotel.
From Phở to Bánh mì, the event runs until 4 November showcasing the rich cultural heritage and cuisine of Vietnam through a buffet spread featuring more than 20 mouth-watering dishes.
The exquisite delicacies are carefully curated by Chef Vu Tran, flown in from Radisson Blu Resorts Phu Quoc.
The hearty event is a collaboration between the Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam and Radisson Hotel.
The one-week event features a plethora of delicious and unique dishes, created from the finest ingredients.
Highlights from the festival are flavourful dishes such as Hoi An Chicken Rice (Com Ga Hoi An), Stir Fried Seafood (Hải Sản Xào Tham & Hành), Wok Fried Fish in Tomato Sauce (Cá Chiên Sốt Cà Chua), Wok Fried Scallop with Pepper Sauce, Bell Pepper & Red Onion (Số đẹp Xào Sốt Tiêu), Grilled Eggplant with Onion & Peanut (Ca Nướng Hành & Đậu Phộng) and more.
Guests can also enjoy a variety of live-cooking stations, indulging in an array of scrumptious feast featuring Vietnamese food station, Pho Station, Vietnamese Crepe station and more
Moreover, your sweet tooth will also be satisfied with the festival’s unique and traditional Vietnamese desserts such as Corn Sweet Soup with Coconut Cream, Lotus Seed Sweet Soup. Green Bean Sweet Soup, Baked Cassavas Cake, among others.
Throughout the week, the “Timeless Charn Viet Nam Culture & Cuisine” event will be available every day from 6.30pm to 10pm with prices at $40 for adults and $20 for children (4-11 years old).
