GHK Motors recently introduced its latest GHK Motors mobile application designed to expand the reach and connectivity to provide convenience and ease to new and existing customers to access their service offerings with just one click.
Through the GHK Motors mobile app, customers will be able to book their service appointments, as well as request for a test drive, track your loyalty rewards and stay-up to date with the latest news and promotions at the comfort of your fingertips.
The mobile app is available to GHK Members and the public and can be downloaded via Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
GHK Members are the customers who owned any GHK car brand franchise namely, Mitsubishi, Perodua, Daihatsu, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, MG, Alfa Romeo, Changan, and Maxus.
In addition, customers automatically become a GHK member with a validity membership of two years, once a customer purchases the car.
The main features which users can access in the GHK Motors mobile application are:
Digital Showroom
Customers are able to browse and select brand and model franchises under GHK Motors Sdn Bhd in the GHK Motors App. Details such as car r specification, pictures and e-brochures are able to be accessed by the customers. Request for test drive and quotation is also available under digital showroom features
Request Test Drive and Quotation
GHK Members and the public are able to request for any test drive and also request for price inquiry on the car.
Car Care
Car care feature provides convenience for GHK Member to make appointment for Car Servicing with details on time, date and also the type of servicing required by the customer
Spare Parts inquiry
GHX Members are able to request or inquire availability of any Spare Parts through the GHK Motors App.
GHK Member Loyalty Program
A program to reward GHK Members with points which they can redeem as voucher/discounts or GHK Merchandise. Option of voucher and GHK merchandise can be selected by using the GHK Motors App.
