Baiduri Bank wins two accolades at Asian Management Excellence Awards

Baiduri Bank recently won two titles at the Asian Management Excellence Awards – the ‘Brunei Employee Engagement of the Year – Banking’ and ‘Brunei Executive of the Year – Banking’.

The former was awarded for its impactful and comprehensive approach to sustainable employee engagement and development while the latter was granted to Baiduri Bank Chief Executive Officer Ti Eng Hui.

Recognised for showcasing excellence, these awards honour organisations and leaders that embody outstanding performance and visionary leadership in various domains, including employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion projects, and health and wellness initiatives.

His leadership and strategic focus on digital innovation, people development, and sustainable banking practices have been key in positioning Baiduri Bank at the forefront of the industry.
