Unveiling the all-electric sports sedan was BYD Singapore Managing Director James Ng, Managing Director of Maju Motors Chan Key Hong and Executive Director of Maju Motors Stanley Lim.

Sporty and aerodynamic design
During the launch, the BYD SEAL stunned the crowd with its captivating and unique design.
Outside, the all-electric sports sedan is definitely a head-turner; based on the company’s signature ‘marine design’ language, which harmonises functionality and elegance inspired by the ocean.
The front of the BYD Seal follows the X design concept, with nicely sculpted edges and aerodynamic lines giving the 5-seater a more sportier and refined look.
Buyers can choose from multiple premium colour options – Cosmos Black, Artic Blue, Atlantis Grey and Aurora White
Interior: luxurious and supreme comfort
As you slide inside the car, the BYD SEAL will surely entice you, sporting quilted leather seats, high-quality materials throughout the cabin and an array of new technology.
The five-seater layout gives a good sense of space — in the rear head and legroom.
Not only that, but the cockpit wraps around the driver, putting all controls and dials within easy reach.

Operating with all-wheel-drive (AWD) All Wheel Drive, the BYD SEAL features an 83kWh battery, providing a driving range of 580 km (NEDC) New European Driving Cycle
Moreover, the BYD SEAL is the first vehicle to implement the Cell-to-Body (CTB) solution, seamlessly integrating the BYD Blade Battery into its structure.
iTAC technology
The BYD SEAL takes it to the next level with the latest iTAC (Intelligent Torque Adaption Control) technology
The iTAC offers a new solution by improving wheel speed recognition accuracy more than 300 times and predicting changes over 50 in advance.
The system can also predict the loss of traction and adjust the drivetrain and power pre-emptively, restoring the vehicle’s stability based on its condition and the driver’s commands when a skid is about to happen.
In addition, it greatly reduces the number of skids, improves vehicles’ safety and comfort, and drastically increases handling.
According to test results, iTAC significantly enhances vehicle performance on low-adhesion roads. Now, even ordinary drivers can enjoy the fun of driving. iTAC is another remarkable achievement from BYD’s innovation in new energy technology, pushing the limits of what is possible when sitting behind the wheel of a BYD NEV.
