New Funds from Allianz Global Investors are now available in Brunei through Standard Chartered Securities in three latest offerings, Allianz Global Opportunistic Bond Fund, Allianz Thematic and Allianz Global Intelligent Cities.
Chief Executive Officer of Standard Chartered Securities Brenda Low said that the establishment is keen to bring in a set of investments that can be a part of investor’s dream portfolio, or for new investors, a foundation for it.
“As our offerings expand, we want to ensure that we focus on the quality and choice for all our current and potential investors. With that, Standard Chartered Securities is bringing in three new funds that can fit into portfolios of any type of investors,” she said.
The latest fund, Allianz Global Opportunistic Bond Fund, has an emphasis on providing an income above fixed deposit with while taking low risk (volatility) and is suitable for low-risk investors.
Meanwhile, Allianz Thematica invests in global equities in an array of diversified themes with benchmark beating returns, suitable for moderately aggressive investors.
In addition to the thematic focused fund, SCSB has added the Allianz Global Intelligent Cities to its wide range of unit trust funds for investors seeking bold long-term investment into companies that will benefit from the evolution of intelligent cities and connected communities.
