Standard Chartered is offering flexible home financing solutions for interested clients looking to own their own home or explore solutions to manage their existing home loan.
The Standard Chartered Home Loan Campaign 2021 which runs until 30 December 2021 provides clients a selection of four different offers from higher subsidies to low interest rates:
• 5 per cent subsidy of approved Home Loan amount up to a maximum of BND15,000 with 4.5 per cent Effective Interest Rate
• 2 per cent subsidy of approved Home Loan amount up to a maximum of BND10,000 with 4.25 per cent Effective Interest Rate
• 1 per cent subsidy of approved Home Loan amount up to a maximum of BND5,000 with 4.5 per cent Effective Interest Rate and free partial/full prepayment after 5 years
• 4 per cent Effective Interest Rate with no subsidy
To be eligible for the campaign offers, the Home Loan amount should be at least BND100,000 with a minimum tenor of 12 years and applicants’ salaries must be assigned to Standard Chartered Bank, subject to credit assessment and documentation requirements.
In addition to the higher subsidies and low interest rates solutions, the first eighty clients with approved Home Loan applications will receive a Google Nest Hub.
Head of Retail Products & Digital Jacky Teo, in a statement said that home buyers are becoming more discerning when it comes to their choice of home loans and have indicated that they would appreciate more flexible home financing solutions.
