INITIATE Human Capital Summit to return with ‘Building a Resilient Work Culture’ theme

The INITIATE Human Capital Summit is slated to return with its second installment on 19 May 2022, carrying the theme ‘Building Resilience in Work Culture’.

The Summit which is hosted by Grominda and Perspective Insan Academy is a sequel to last year’s event with hopes to foster and engage HR practitioners in Brunei.

It is also aimed to benefit the human capital development in the country by promoting self-competency through hard and soft skills and discovering the best HR practices from industry experts.

For this year, the topics of discussion will elaborate on the contexts and implications of resilience in the organisation and will be held at Dewan An-Naura, Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah.

Event participants will be able to network with one another during the plenary forum and it is a chance for organisations to explore opportunities, potential collaborations and gain insights.
