Emerging as the new café in town, Tranquillity Cafe is the next go-to cafe stop especially for clients of GoodLife Financial Planning (GoodLife).
The café held its opening ceremony on Thursday morning by Managing Director of GoodLife, Ang Kian Guan’s daughter and son, Rachel Ang and Ricky Ang.
Tranquility by definition means the state of being tranquil and calm and that is what the café and GoodLife is trying to capture into the coffee shop.
In an interview with the managing director, he shared that Tranquillity is the result of the financial planning company.
“When one does their financial planning, they can be at peace and relax with their finances and that is how the brand name came about and with this cafe, we hope that our clients are able to have a space where they can relax and have their meetings with us,” said Ang Kian Guan.
Tranquillity Café is a sharing center under GoodLife where every policy holder of GoodLife can enjoy a cup of delicious coffee there.
Ang further said that the interior of the café has well-thought into as they want visitors to feel calm and relaxed.
With the whole environment of the space being free and refreshing, people who come to listen sharing sessions at GoodLifes can also bring their children along as there is also a space for kids.
“We set up a café not mainly for profit, but mainly to provide services to customers. Customers can come to sit and relax during the business hours of the coffee shop, while enjoying the comfort brought by the quiet environment,” said the Managing Director.
The set up of the café basically goes back to the brand name Tranquillity, so any and everyone is welcome to visit the cafe and feel the serenity.
GoodLife has always wanted to treat their clients with care and comfort, which was why they have always wanted to create a coffee space from the beginning and now they are finally able to give back to their clients.
This café also serves as a sharing center where they will run their talks, family financial plannings, running the seminar of education funds planning and more.
The coffee shop sells some delicious locally-sourced coffees and flavourful teas as well as some exquisite cakes and breads for customers to choose from.
The grand opening of Tranquillity Café was celebrated as relatives, friends, customers and business partners of GoodLife Financial Planning were in attendance.
Opening from 9am to 6pm, the café is located at No. 4, Ground Floor, Block D, Kiarong Complex, the same building and just below GoodLife Financial Planning Sdn Bhd.
