McDonald’s Brunei has launched the ‘International Development Licensee (IDL) Champions 2023’ campaign with the aim to improve customer service.
The initiative which runs from 3 July until 27 August 2023 is a collaboration between McDonald’s, Coca-Cola and McDonald’s Direct Licensee including Middle East and Africa.
To further enliven the campaign with the slogan ‘Go Large Pay Medium’, McDonald’s customers are in for a treat from now until 31 July 2023. This means that patrons can enjoy a large McDonald’s meal set for the price of a medium set, on selected items – Big Mac, Double Cheeseburger, Filet-O-Fish, and six-piece fish nuggets.
The food items include the Big Mac, Double Cheeseburger, Filet-O-Fish, and the six-piece fish nuggets.
Furthermore, the campaign hopes to motivate McDonald’s crew and staff to strive for the best and boost the quality of customer service as well as to reward franchises that reach their targets.
“This campaign is also created to celebrate the crew and staff of McDonald’s for all their daily hard work and efforts,” said McDonald’s Brunei Operation Consultant Hartini Haji Hussin.
The IDL Champion is slated to kick off in 60 different markets globally, comprising some 10,800 restaurants.
Held at McDonald’s Lambak, present at the launching event were Acting General Manager of Makan Ceria Sdn. Bhd, McDonald’s Brunei Haji Muhd Munir Syafiq Dato Paduka Haji Metassan and restaurant’s team members.
